  I had a great experieince with Alamo Little Rock. We returned our car to Little Rock after a multi-day road trip. The team was super efficient and friendly, especially Desean. They made sure my kids and I had what we needed to return home after a long trip. Highly recommend!!

  Picking the car up took less than 5 min easy the fastest and easiest place I've ever rented a car from, then drop off was amazing. Will most definitely book with them.

  My experience with Alamo started off a little rough, but it ended up being outstanding because of the employees. The first minivan I rented had a strong smoke odor. My youngest granddaughter noticed it immediately, and after I parked it and came back later, I realized she was right—it smelled so bad that I wasn’t willing to have my grandkids ride in it all week. I tried several times to call the rental office but couldn’t get through, so I drove back to the airport. That’s where Tyree completely turned the experience around. He listened to my concerns, understood why I didn’t want my family in that vehicle, and immediately upgraded us to a brand-new 2027 Chrysler Pacifica. He genuinely cared that our family vacation wasn’t spoiled and told me to come back if we needed anything else. The replacement vehicle was perfect, and we had a wonderful trip with no issues. When I returned the van, I stopped inside just to thank the staff. Jacob was also professional, helpful, and apologetic throughout the process. I was disappointed to learn it was Tyree’s last day because, in my opinion, Alamo lost an outstanding employee. The only suggestion I have is to make it easier for customers to reach the rental counter by phone. Other than that, thank you to Tyree, Jacob, and Alamo for taking care of my family and turning a bad start into a great experience.
