Their machine here at Tommy's likes to go down with you in the middle of it. It doesn't even wash your car right? All it does is slap it around. The vacuums are horribly made. They have no suction on them and honestly to have to pay monthly $30 a month for that is diabolical.

Instead of being helpful or professional, he was dismissive and acted like helping customers was an inconvenience. Customer service is a huge part of any business, and being treated disrespectfully makes me never want to come back. I expected a simple car wash experience, but the way I was treated completely ruined it. Management should seriously address how customers are spoken to and treated.

He’s gonna ruin business for yall, his eyes were bloodshot red and then he asked me if I wanted to buy any marijuana from him.. very weird.
