Instead of being helpful or professional, he was dismissive and acted like helping customers was an inconvenience. Customer service is a huge part of any business, and being treated disrespectfully makes me never want to come back. I expected a simple car wash experience, but the way I was treated completely ruined it. Management should seriously address how customers are spoken to and treated.
