Avoid this place if you value your vehicle. Brought my brand-new car in for a wash and it came out with dent damage along the lower side panel/rocker area. I filed a claim, only for management to completely dodge responsibility and claim the damage was "already there." Zero accountability for the damage their equipment caused. Canceled my monthly subscription immediately and will never bring a vehicle here again.

This car wash caused thousands of dollars in damage to my son's brand new vehicle. The employee directing vehicles into the wash appeared unable or unwilling to properly perform his job. His eyes were red, glazed over, and barely open, and he never checked the vehicle before waving us in. They clearly have no issue having employees work there while under the influence, which is a huge issue in itself. When we brought the damage to management's attention, the situation only became worse. Instead of taking the complaint seriously, the manager was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. He refused to provide the name or contact information for his supervisor or anyone higher up who could address the issue. If you value your vehicle, stay away from this location. I would never trust them with another vehicle after this experience. The damage, the lack of accountability, and the unprofessional treatment we received are more than enough reason for us to never return and to caution everyone else to stay away.

Stopped by this car wash for a ride thru and it did the job. I have used the other two locations in town as well and honestly they are all the same. The price is reasonable and you have several options to choose from to make it even more reasonable. I like the app pay because you just pull up, it reads your plate, and then you go through. The ride thru is just a few minutes and afterwards you can use the vacuum spaces to clean your interior. The wash does not do as good as an old-fashioned hand wash but for an automated wash, it's not bad at all.
