- CBCrystal B6 days ago1.0This car wash caused thousands of dollars in damage to my son's brand new vehicle. The employee directing vehicles into the wash appeared unable or unwilling to properly perform his job. His eyes were red, glazed over, and barely open, and he never checked the vehicle before waving us in. They clearly have no issue having employees work there while under the influence, which is a huge issue in itself. When we brought the damage to management's attention, the situation only became worse. Instead of taking the complaint seriously, the manager was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. He refused to provide the name or contact information for his supervisor or anyone higher up who could address the issue. If you value your vehicle, stay away from this location. I would never trust them with another vehicle after this experience. The damage, the lack of accountability, and the unprofessional treatment we received are more than enough reason for us to never return and to caution everyone else to stay away.

Can’t tell a difference other than the outside of my car smells better. The three times wheel wash doesn’t even touch the dirt. My front tire barely gets touched with whatever shine they use. Now I’m going around with half my tire dirty and the other half clean. If you want it completely clean you have to go in 4 times. Which you can do if you pay per month.
