  I rented one of their cars while mine was having body work done. The car was fine. Both gentlemen who helped me were nice. My only problem is they are impossible to get ahold of. Four different times I sat on hold for 10 minutes, and nobody even answered it. I ended up having contacting customer service to extend my rental. When I finally did get ahold of them, (they never answered, I left a message and they called me back) they said they said sorry, they were busy. I get that. But I shouldn’t have to leave work and come to the physical location to extend my rental. Answer your phones.

  I was in there earlier today and it was a lady by the name of Trinity practically working by herself. It amazes me that she was doing a better job on crutches and a foot brace while another guy walked in and out of the door on his cell phone not helping her at all. I thought maybe he was a customer, come to find out he was not. I even heard someone in the office Tell him to help her. He acted as if he didn’t care and even teased her. She even asked him to help and he did not. I felt so sorry for her. She is an extremely hard worker and I saw that. She deserves a raise for just today alone. I don’t think I would have been able to handle what she was handling on one foot today or two. She is awesome and great with customers. She was the only real reason I came in because she was nice to me before and my husband, and was able to get us in and out in a wonderful car. I left today because it was to much but I’ll be back. However I’ll only ask for her. Y’all have to do better by your good employees and have everyone work together by helping each other when needed. No stars for the store but 5 for Trinity
