- PWPhaedrae WattsAug 19, 20264.0They didn’t have any vehicles when we first got there. Had to wait an hour for one to come in. Staff were friendly and communicated well. We ended up getting a van. The windshield was busted on the drivers side, right in the line of vision. We couldn’t wait on another vehicle to come in, they had no idea when another vehicle would come in.

When we arrived to pick up the car, the model we had reserved wasn’t available—but a better one was, for the same price we had booked. Chase was our agent throughout the process. Extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and professional. Plan ahead and you won’t be disappointed. Highly recommend this business.

I told them i’d get some lunch and come back. I called back before i showed up and they didn’t even let me ask before they transferred me to some machine. So i go back and some man tells me they don’t have anything and they don’t know when they’d get them in. I told him I lived an hour away. He said i’d have to stick around today. he didn’t offer a solution or anything. They don’t even deserve 1 star. TERRIBLE SERVICE & TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
