  wouldn't even give you one star if it hadn't been for a fine young man named Dakota in your service department ! Friday at 3 pm we had encountered an emergency with our 2023 Escalade that stranded us an hour away from your dealership. Unfortunately for us that was the only Cadillac Dealership somewhat close to us so we were forced to have our vehicle towed to your shop. We made a call from the tow truck explained our predicament & that we were over 2 hours away from our home and we needed someone to do a simple look at it so we could figure out what we needed to do. My husband explained to the lady on the phone that our engine was one of GM's recall engines and we didn't know if that was the issue or not and he was told very quick "we are booked full and could do nothing that day. He then asked not even for emergencies? She snapped WE DONT DO EMERGENCIES!! Wow!! We have an Escalade whose value is close to $90,000 and your dealership cant even take time to look at it?? We've driven Cadillacs for the past 15 years and have never been spoken to like that in a real dealership setting. Honestly any dealership should be ashamed to speak to anyone like that. Your employees are the voice of your business, they are the first contact who set the idea of what type of business is being run. I truly hope whoever owns this dealership reads this review, the manager will know exactly which employee I am describing because after arriving at the shop with our Escalade on the roll back we walked into the service area and there way only one female sitting in that area who would never make eye contact with us. Matter of fact when we did walk in fully drenched from the rain only one person spoke to us and his name was Dakota NOT ONE OTHER PERSON SITTING IN THIS AREA MADE EYE CONTACT OR EVEN SPOKE TO US! (not what I would call a comfortable situation) anyway, this young man smiled and asked what he could do for us, we told him of the situation, he smiled again and said let me run a quick scan for the codes and told us to go sit down in the dealership and not go back in the rain because he would do it for us. We went into showroom floor area looking at the beautiful corvettes on the floor and AGAIN we were ignored other than another young man who thought we looked worth speaking to I guess. Wow just because someone might not be dressed the way you think people who can afford nice cars doesn't always mean they CAN'T!! Funny that was your loss since we have been considering purchasing a corvette and we would never purchase it from such snobby people. Long story shortened some, our engine is blown, Dakota got it ordered for us then proceeded to call Enterprise to get us a rental. He had a man who was sitting in the area when we first arrived take us by shuttle to the car rental. Never spoke to us once or even make eye contact AGAIN. He pulled up threw open the door and we jumped out. After getting the rental we went back to Central where Dakota instructed us to pull around to the back where he'd let us pull the rental in and put our luggage in the rental vehicle without having to stand in the rain. Your dealership needs to learn manners and business sense from the fine young man named Dakota!! We are very sad that we are now waiting for our Escalade to be repaired and then we have to come back to deal with the most hateful group of employees we have ever dealt with. It's sad when a few employees can change your whole outlook on a business but yours have. I am also getting in contact with GM & Cadillac and see how they appreciate such treatment of their customers also. Sincerely Jill & David Hopper

  Kevin loyd was my sales representative, He is very friendly and knowledgeable. He’s been with the company for quite some time and him and his team will work hard to get u approved and the payments as close as they can. Kevin does the internet sales. So of ur looking on line, chances are u may get him for ur purchase. Definitely recommend Central Chevrolet!! 👍🏻👍🏻

  My brother and I were welcomed by a very well mannered young man, on June 8, 2026. Cody asked us how we were doing, then we all started to talk. We had a long coversation with him, he asked what he could help us with and we told him that I needed a car. We sat at his desk and he pulled a couple of cars up in my price range. Then he told us the details about it, it sounded good. He asked if I would like to see it, we said yes. He brought it to us, then we test drove it. I fell in love with it. I was so excited, so was my brother. So he ran the numbers on it. Then a couple hours later, I bought this beautiful blue car. Thank you to all the people who helped me feel calm, after I told them that I was scared to buy (finance) my first car new car. All my other cars I bought cash, so now I have a low monthly payment, to pay and I thank God for helping me. Thank you to all that helped me that day. God Bless You, to all of you at Central Chevrolet. I chose them because my father in law always purchased his vehicles from Central Chevrolet years ago. Have a beautiful day. Cody worked so hard that day and I want to thank Cody Green especially for his patience and help!

  I have bought numerous cars over the years but I just had the best, most professional and efficient experience I have ever had. The follow up and closing the deal were superb. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a pleasant stress free car buying experience. Outstanding!!
