Almost every towing company gets a bad reputation because of the line of work they do and some are deserving of it but these folks are honest and do a great job. There’s not a single towing company on I-40 that’s better in my opinion.

I paid over $700 to get my vehicle released from impound, yet the process took 45 minutes or more due to staffing and lack of communication. There was only one employee working, and her customer service was unprofessional and rude. I was instructed to call the tow company so they could come release my vehicle, which I did promptly. However, I was never informed that the release would be delayed, and the tow operators were left waiting because the employee failed to communicate or process the release in a timely manner.
