  Valerie is the greatest! Every time I go in there (which is often) she is in a great mood, always greeting customers, and is professional and efficient while remaining polite and friendly. I always enjoy chatting with her as I conduct my business! Better try to keep her!

  Valerie is an absolute superstar! She provided the best customer service with such a great, bright energy. She’s totally professional, incredibly sharp, and made my whole day. Every time my husband and I swing by shes incredibly friendly and such a harder worker. Give this woman a raise and all the appreciation she deserves!

  I had a very disappointing experience at the Maverick gas station in Jacksonville, Arkansas. The employee, Maria, who was the man wearing a dress, was extremely rude to me. When I asked for the cigarettes I was looking for he immediately raised his voice and yelled that he didn't have them. I will call this Maria a HE because someone so rude doesn't deserve to be called a she! RESPECT us and we will respect you!! A short time later, my husband unknowingly asked the same question, and Maria yelled again, saying they didn't have to repeat themselves. There was absolutely no reason to speak to customers that way. We were respectful the entire time and left feeling embarrassed and unwelcome.We ended up purchasing a different kind and Maria never even asked for an ID! Customer service should never involve yelling at customers for asking a simple question. Because of this experience, we will not be returning to this store.
