  Went to get washed, here for the first time. After leaving so dissatisfied at other places in HS (we have so many now!) But, Brendan at Whistle Express has shown me that there IS a reason my friend had recommended that I come!!! They have a wonderful and very clean location, I didn’t purchase a membership but, I will for sure, come back and who knows, this could be the ONLY PLACE in town where I actually enjoyed the service at car wash!

  Horrible customer service (non existent) the phone number goes to a vm, and the “coupon” needs an attendant. I got stuck bc of other card and waited 15 mins for an attendant!!!!! I am reporting this to the BBB!!! Also their online form is illegal- bc the only option is yes but it states it’s not mandatory to purchase!

  Can’t cancel my membership online because i was a take 5 member so it won’t log me in. the phone number doesnt connect. Left a customer service ticket and havent heard anything in a week. Do i have to come in person to cancel my membership? Isn’t it illegal to not be able to cancel a membership online that you can create online? (It is)

  Having a membership with whistle express has been the worse case experience ever! After being a long time member with their best membership package, management was rude to me about needing assistance with passing through. The staff noticed that after changing over to Whistle records from Take 5, their system began to have a glitch showing that "I redeemed all of my washes" after the second day it was paid. The "staff person: Heather" actually assisted me and paid it at the kiosk for me with my card. Another staff witnessed it also and I kept my receipt in case it did it again. I went through with no problems, then day three up until today in which it has almost been 2 weeks since I last paid, a new manager handled me poorly. I sat in line for 13 mins with very little assistance to the point I had to get out of my vehicle for help. But after I explained to him that the staff knows what's going on, after I showed him the information "their staff" physically wrote for me, and letting him know they will vouch for me, he left me sitting in line and DID NOT ALLOW me to wash my car. He asked me for my bank statement, in which I felt highly disrespected and he was not apologetic of inconvenience me at the moment. I ended up very upset and raising my voice at management because one of the staff that's been helping fix the problem was standing with both of us, and the manager did not care to listen to her in order for her to tell him I'm a regular membership holding customer who comes through there EVERY DAY. I will be taking my, my wife and my son's business to Tidal seeing that the manager yelled in my face, "Well just go to another car wash and DON'T COME HERE. I'M ABOUT TO CALL THE COPS." He literally said that to me in front of all of his staff that I encounter and have great report with every single day. Never a problem with the staff at whistle. Horrible manager. Hate that I did not catch his name.
