    By far the worst customer service and most frustrating experience I’ve ever had. The staff at the carwash is great but the process of trying to close my membership is beyond frustrating. Closed my account 3 months ago and am still continuing to get charged for an account that doesn’t even exist anymore. I keep contacting their customer support on their website and all I receive are assurances that my account is closed with no action actually being done. If you have a membership, good luck trying to close it, what a joke.
