  Reserved a suv vehicle 3 weeks ago and the customer rep never said I needed a major credit card to rent a suv. Said my debit card would be fine but when I came to pick up the vehicle to leave this evening they wouldn't let me get the SUV because I didn't have a major credit card. Horrible experience plain and simple.

  I love Enterprise and have never rented from anywhere else. The gentleman at the airport location are always very accommodating. I always have a great experience.

  I first used enterprise to travel for my job and each time that I used them it was a great experience but some lessons learned too. For example I had no idea that the new chevy cruze had a feature that would shut the car down when at a standstill for so long in drive and then restart itself when you hit the gas. So after a long drive from Arkansas to Kansas and noticing something funny happening I stopped at an enterprise in Kansas and asked for a different car. They had a good chuckle when they explained why and I felt crazy. But it was a funny moment. I rented one for personal travel to go to Florida on my first vacation. I was given a free upgrade and boy did I feel special and appreciated. However I should of looked inside the car before leaving the parking lot. A out 2 days in out our trip, the car started smelling weird. We figured out there was food left in the glove compartment along with bifocal glasses, and two previous enterprise customer agreements. Also a water bottle and food under the seats. So obviously it has not been cleaned fully since 2 other customers ago. I now feel like it was probably returned the day I picked it up and someone didn't want to detail it so they did the easy way out. But their employees have always been kind and polite. Their cars are dependable and great gas mileage.
