  Arrived on time after driving 30 miles to pick up the vehicle. I get a call while pulling into the parking lot from them telling me that they don't have a vehicle ready, and it will be 3 hours before one is available. The vehicle I received wandered from side to side continually making it very tiring to drive. The only reason I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 is that the employees were friendly and helpful

  I’m a full-size SUV person — think Grand Wagoneer, not compact sedan — and that request tends to make smaller branches sweat a little. Not this one. Give the Hot Springs team a bit of lead time and they’ll move mountains to get you exactly what you asked for. They’re also just genuinely good people. Their AC died in the middle of a 100° stretch and they still greeted me with the same warmth as always — no attitude, no shortcuts. The detail that really sets them apart: they walk the vehicle with you, inside and out, before you drive off. I’ve rented Enterprise cars coast to coast, and this is the only branch that’s ever done a joint pre-existing-damage inspection with me. That’s not just good service — that’s them protecting you from getting blamed for a scratch you didn’t make. If you’re renting in Hot Springs, this is the branch. Book ahead, and they’ll take care of the rest.

  Who knew getting a rental car in Hot Springs Arkansas would be as difficult as it is being a tourist town. Even with limited availability for vehicles, their customer service was excellent, super easy and efficient process getting both in and out all while they had no AC in the summer months! Triple digit heat…those employees are Rockstars! They all deserve more than five stars and standard compensation for working in that environment with smiles on their face and patience for days.

  Rented a car that was fine on the interstate but as soon as we hit the rural roads made a terrible vibrating noise. We were about 90 min from the airport so their roadside assistance team said they’d bring us a replacement vehicle - got a text they were on their way but no one ever showed up. Called again six hours later and they told us to take it to our nearest location (over an hour away) the next mornjng. Did that and they didn’t have a car to swap it out. That location manager told us to take it down to discount tire to have it looked at. Me - who doesn’t even own the car should spend my time fixing their vehicle. Told me I was welcome to come back tomorrow. So much for the “we’ll pick you up” days. Hope nothing happens to your car cause you’re on your own.
