    Booked a reservation 3 weeks in advance for a large SUV due to having 4 kids. Go to pick up the car and they do not have a large suv available. While the cars not being available is out of their control, making a phone call to tell us to not drive an hour and missing 3 hours of work to come pick up the car is not. Wasted time and gas(which is not cheap at the moment) going to pick up a car that was no longer available.

    Excellent service. The Enterprise attendant was courteous and professional with all customers. My company rents from Enterprise often. My experience with the Hot Springs location is that it is understaffed. The attendant is competent and efficient, however, customers sometimes wait 20 or more minutes to complete their transaction.

    If it were possible to assign negative stars to an experience, I would do so without hesitation. My interaction with the Hot Springs location was profoundly disappointing and deeply troubling. The manner in which my employer and I were treated by the staff was not merely unprofessional — it was demeaning, dismissive, and carried undertones that were impossible to ignore. What began as a simple correction escalated unnecessarily after I addressed the assistant manager, Steven, for speaking on my behalf regarding what vehicle would or would not be “comfortable” for me. From that moment forward, the atmosphere shifted entirely. The hostility in the young woman’s expression, combined with the apathetic and condescending demeanor of management, transformed what should have been a routine business transaction into an experience that felt discriminatory and humiliating. Hot Springs welcomes visitors from across the nation and around the world. With that comes a responsibility to demonstrate professionalism, impartiality, and respect toward every customer, regardless of appearance, background, or association. Unfortunately, the conduct displayed at this location reflected the very worst stereotypes of southern prejudice and small-minded gatekeeping. What disturbed me most was the apparent willingness to deny service based not on policy, qualification, or circumstance, but seemingly because of association and personal bias. The level of confidence it takes to look someone directly in the eye and refuse them service under such conditions is genuinely unsettling. I have no doubt this is not an isolated incident, nor do I believe it will be the last unless meaningful accountability and corrective action are implemented. Businesses cannot claim to value customer service while simultaneously allowing employees to exercise prejudice behind the shield of authority. I would strongly caution others before doing business with this location. The only circumstance under which I would ever consider renting from — or recommending — this company again is if this issue is addressed with the seriousness it deserves. Negative three stars would be the most accurate rating possible. The single star given is merely a technical necessity, not a reflection of merit. God bless America. 🇺🇸
