  Went to get new tires put on my car and they torched my rims, mind you i had a little bit already from the last time i took them down there and even before but these are a little ridiculous. And even calling the place just to say something and the people there want to have attitude saying it wasnt them that did it when you can tell they are pretty fresh still not to mention the few chunks missing. Bad service aside the attitude is crazy, 1/10 would not recommend atleast if you actually value your car

  Beware taking your car here. I came to get a patch but they never patched my tire, I got stranded on a job site due to my tire being flat. I took it to another shop and they said this shop didn’t do anything. Bartlett held my car for 2 hours for nothing and charged me for a job they never did.

  We were on vacation in Greers ferry and had a blow out. They told us over the phone they had a full set. Once we drove over here and waited an hour they told us they didn’t have them and it would be the next day. So it’s the next day now at 3:30 and I’ve been waiting outside for my car for 2 hours and it’s still not done. At this point it’s cost us two days of vacation and I’m really displeased. If I wasn’t sitting outside waiting for this long I wouldn’t have had the time to give this poor review. But I am. So here it is.

  They always take great care of me. An oil change and tire rotation are pretty basic services, but what I appreciate about Bartlett is that they know me and take care of me.

  Very friendly. I just stopped in for air in my trailer and I was on my way.
