  Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Safelite. From scheduling the appointment to having the work completed, everything was straightforward, organized, and hassle-free. The communication leading up to my appointment was excellent. I received updates about my appointment time, knew when my technician was on the way, and never had to wonder what was happening. That level of communication really helps reduce the stress that comes with needing an unexpected windshield replacement. What impressed me most was how easy Safelite made the entire process. Replacing a windshield isn’t something most people look forward to, but your team made it feel simple and convenient.   The tech was laid back and easy to talk to. Every possibility was explained before any service was performed on my windshield. The website didn't expressly state that chip repair would not completely remove any signs of damage, but the technician explained how the repair worked and what the results would be.

  Driving through Ft. Smith, Arkansas on way to California for vacation and took a rock to the windshield! Was able to walk in without an appointment and get it fixed right then and there! The Shop Manager was so understanding and super polite. He made me feel so much better as I was prepared for the worst. Safelite is a great company...my nephew runs the shop in Stockton, CA and I feel like I got the same service here that I would have received from him. They really took care of us. As you can see from the Before and After pictures, the tech did a fabulous job! Thank you Safelite for proving what you say in your commercials, you take care of your customers and we really appreciate it! The piece of mind knowing I won't have any issues is worth 1000 STARS!!
