- GSgail smithSep 27, 20265.0My Partner and I had a wonderful experience at Rath Auto Resources. As I am an over the road truck driver, I was not able to be present; however the wonderful team at Rath made coordinating with the, and in turn them with my partner a seamless experience. The inventory was large and varied. The vehicles were clean. The prices were reasonable. Mitchell the Finance Manager.was amazing to work with. Mitchell took the time to really listen to my wants and needs. Financing was a breeze. DC the sales associate worked with my partner at the lot and was very friendly and knowledgeable. DC made my partner at ease with the car buying process and was on the ball with getting her into every car she wanted to test drive. Thank you Rath Auto Resources, We look forward to doing business with you in the future. We love our new BMW 320i !

- BRbillie robertsonSep 25, 20261.0I don’t know what happened to Rath Auto Resources, but what I do know is they just lost a long time customer. They used to have a positive atmosphere for buying a good pre-owned car, and treated people with respect and like family. I went there to look at cars and there was absolutely no customer service, manners, or courtesy from any of the staff I interacted with. Did Larry sale the place or what? I know the last several times I bought cars there and he was there the experience was so much better. It seems like the experienced staff that know how to treat people have gone. I wanted to buy from where I was treated like family and the people who helped me knew what they were doing. I do not recommend looking for a car here unless you like being treated poorly.
