- DKDaniel KJun 30, 20261.0I took my car into the shop to get brakes changed because the brakes were going bad as soon as I took off I noticed a metal clumping sound so I called them and see what was going on they gave me some bullshit lie saying there was rocks inside a panel that was causing the noise they said they removed the rocks but the noise is still there and getting worse so now I’ll have to replace the brakes and the rooter now because of Phoenix tire n auto I would not recommend anyone going there they don’t know what there doing they will damage your brakes to cause more issues so they can get more money and one thing they didn’t tighten down the lug nuts so not a good place to get work done
