- MRMichelle RansomJul 27, 20261.0We will never rent from you again. First off we get there, go out to vehicle and it has a big gash in tire and the rim was scratched and dented. So we get the other car. No problems noted. Unfortunately we did not video the car. Brought it back full. Detailed it out. Washed it. We only had it for a day and a half. Brought it back in the same condition it was in when we rented it. Went in. Wanted them to come out and check it out but they made me deposit the key against my better judgement. We get a phone message that there is something wrong with the car. I call it back and they say there is a dent in it. I want to see the car. No help. The person on the phone got very hateful. So do not rent from these people. I will be disputing it with my credit card and my insurance guy in the AM. I will be speaking with upper management tomorrow. But yet they sent me a rental agreement at 713 pm on my email that says. The mileage it was drove . It was full when rented returned full and thank you for renting from Enterprise. No where does it say there was a problem. This was sent 3 hours after the phone call at 4. Again be very cautious renting from them. Take videos and pics which I did with the first car but didn't when I saw no problems with the second car. I had to give a star but if I could it would be A BIG FAT ZERO.
