  Arrived at my designated pick up time but the vehicle was not ready for an hour. Big inconvenience for our plans that day.

  Getting the vehicles wasn’t too bad they seemed pretty nice. At first we kind of got the run around they said they had a van then said they didn’t and then said they did. I thought that the $15 extra per person per day was kind of ridiculous. The car is under ur name and ur insurance so why does it matter who u let drive the car. Whenever we finally did the cars in our possession the van was cleaned . Unfortunately the SUV that we rented was not cleaned. It had trash stuffed down in the seat and on the side of the seats. Footprints all up on the back of the interior. The vehicles performed well. We had no issues. After we went and turned the cars in a few days later we were being accused of smoking in the van and they said their was a dent on the van even told us we needed to get ahold of our insurance and have them fix the van. Also said their van smelled as if someone had been smoking. And then come to find out they were cleaning another van and not even the one that we had rented. You would think someone would verify that was the right van before calling and stressing someone out. Telling them to call their insurance. Needless to say I would not recommend this place to anyone and will not be using them anytime in the future.

  Rented a car, brought it back clean, made sure of it, dropped the keys off asked the enterprise guy if we should go inspect it, he said no they do that later, to my suprise I was charged $150 cleaning fee with no proof or documentation of what was not clean on top of that ilit is impossible to get ahold of a branch manager to help with the problem, I have a case number that has been escalated and they will get back to me when they are able, working on day 2, I really hope to get his taken care of promptly, as promptly as they charged me for a cleaning fee for a car that was already clean!!!
