The worker allowed me to look at them and see what one would fit the 3 large suitcases and 3 adults in the vehicle comfortably. This was a huge win, because 3 of the 4 we looked at would not have worked at all. And the check in to return the vehicle was super easy too

- AJAshleigh JonesAug 2, 20262.0Even if you reserve a midsize sedan 2 weeks in advance, at pick up they will give you a compact vehicle (Mitsubishi mirage) and still charge you $100 more for the midsize that you didn’t receive. Customer support said a manager would reach out to me but never did and I also requested to change vehicles but never heard back about that either

Upon returning my rental, Preston (branch manager) processed my return with a calm and efficient demeanor even though it was a busy day. He saved my day by returning my garage door opener that I left on the visor. I cleaned everything out of the car except that. I was so thankful he saw it and brought it to me. He had a sense of humor to boot.
