I came here to get a trailer hitch not knowing exactly what i was doing and the manager, Nina, immediately jumped in to help me. She went above and beyond. She took different options out to my car to make sure i was getting the best one for my needs and she even helped me look to see if already had a hitch hiding in my car so i wouldnt be spending money if i didnt have to! Admirable. And gave my daughter a sucker! The icing on the cake. Her and the other female employee working were kind, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Nina and this store, especially if you are a woman or someone who is not familiar with cars in general.

Went there a few days ago to change my spark plugs asked to borrow their tools to do it right there at the store two of my sparkplugs were broken on the ceramic making it hard the socket I used broke and I went back in to get another one and told them I'd pay for the broken one but they said they take care of it all in all great service id recommend going to this AutoZone 5 stars

Came here due to another Autozone not being “able” to replace my headlight once i had bought it. So they sent me to “another one that could do it” . Anyways, Nina helped me and greeted me as soon as i got there. She came out took a look and replaced it! I was in and out in less than 15 min. Loved her. Thank you so much Nina!

They need better communication at this store.. maybe if they had better communication they would have gotten 5 stars from me... I did get compensated for the issue buy I just feel that there could have not been an issue in the first place
