  Went there a few days ago to change my spark plugs asked to borrow their tools to do it right there at the store two of my sparkplugs were broken on the ceramic making it hard the socket I used broke and I went back in to get another one and told them I'd pay for the broken one but they said they take care of it all in all great service id recommend going to this AutoZone 5 stars

  Stacey was FANTASTIC! She helped me and was extremely professional and friendly. . It was the insanely rude manager Nina who blew not only my mind but the other customers in the store bc we literally spoke about it outside!!( other customer thought she was joking bc she was so rude to me) I came in with $100 bill and she went off about NOT TAKING $100s. Said tell them to go to Walmart bc we are not a bank! Next time I will take my 100 to O'Reillys. Just unprofessional and unnecessary. I won't be back and I hope upper management takes a look and discusses the proper way to treat paying customers

  The guy work with me was Carlos. He was amazing guy. He helped me get a new battery. We was going through some things because I had a buy a battery from a third party. He has a great attitude, very persistent, and just treating me all so well
