- CSCasey SmithOct 7, 20261.0Got an oil change, they tried to upsell me on a battery, and mysteriously my battery died while I was still in the bay. I wiggled a few wires and it fired right back up. Very suspicious timing.
- LKlucy kramerOct 7, 20265.0so great!! super fast and efficient, really kind and knowledgeable. didn’t try and pressure me into anything i didn’t want done
- EPElena PikeOct 7, 20265.0Service was exceptional! Everyone was so nice and helpful! Mikey had a smile on his face the whole time, I’d recommend coming here and will continue doing so.
- JHJaynie HesselgrenSep 21, 20261.0Took my kid's car in for an oil change. Service man looked over the car and told me that the rear windshield wiper was "completely gone". I said to him, "That's weird...it's gone? like it's total missing????". He said "yes, a new one is $30". I approved the overpriced replacement, because I didn't want the glass to get scratched... 10 min later I watched him remove the old blade and install a new one! I asked him to show me the old blade. He reluctantly handed it to me and it still had the rubber on!! To make matters worse, he forgot to put the plastic cap cover back onto the windshield blade, so I had to order a new one.
- JQJennyfer QuijadaSep 18, 20261.0Very disappointing experience. I went to Valvoline because my turn signal wasn’t working, but they told me there might be something wrong with the wiring. After taking my vehicle to a mechanic and spending nearly $300, I found out there was nothing wrong with the wiring, it simply needed a new light bulb. Valvoline apparently did not know how to access or replace the bulb on my vehicle. I wish they had been honest about that instead of making the problem sound more serious than it was.
