  Ive been to this carwash multiple times and after seeing what I saw today I will not be back. I don't know what the guys problem is with customers but he is the most rude and hostile worker I have yet to see in my 20 years of being in sales. I didn't see his name all I saw was it said Assistant. I will be taking my business to Club Carwash down the street in Farmington

  I've spent thousands at the Take 5 Oil Change center - I went to the car wash tonight, about an hour before the listed closing time. The employees were hostile, rude, and shut off all the vacuums to the entire place an hour before closing. When I asked why they weren't working - an employee said "We turned them off" no resolution to "turn them back on" which is part of the ridiculous fee I paid ($30) to clean my vehicle. Since I wasn't able to clean my vehicle properly or received the services I paid for, I want a refund for the amount paid. I tried calling their corporate number with no response as well. Will be filing a chargeback with my bank and will never use Take 5 again. Horrible horrible experience with lazy rude employees.
