  I've had two chip repairs now at the Fayetteville, AR location. The convenience of the location and appointment availability is great but it's second to the customer care at this location. Darian did a great job!

  Had a chip repair done August 8th. They had to enlarge the chip to do the repair, and two weeks later I now have runs from the chip in multiple directions. They want over $600 to replace the windshield and say they cannot repair the chip again. Absolutely Furious with this situation. Cannot say I would recommend this location.

  I recently had to take two vehicles to Safelite in Fayetteville, AR. The first time, the wires on the windshield were not soldered properly - so the four star comes from that just being an inconvenience as I showed up to the shop before finding out. But after that, the vehicles were both completed on different days. I have a large grill guard on my 4runner which makes recalibration potentially difficult, so a tech had me sign that they would not be able to calibrate on the off-chance, but Sean got the job done. He mostly handled both of my vehicles and was very kind/professional. (The great price review is because insurance covered most of it.)

  Dropped off my wife's truck for a new windshield. Well, the windshield is absolutely installed crooked. and nothing works, every warning light on the dash is on and keeps flashing or rotating through the menu, no speedometer, no cruise.. she was told they would have to order the correct windshield. Why on earth would you take out a windshield without having the correct one on hand, then return it to the customer having installed the wrong windshield with the truck basically being unusable ? She leaves for a trip Wednesday, there no way can she drive 12hours in her truck with every bell, and light going off and the speedometer working occasionally, no cruise, and even the gauges cant decide what to read all the time .... Now i need to spend time trying to find a rental truck that will haul all her gear. OH, do not try and call them, they have no idea how to answer a phone, even when there office tries to call them. and when you call the complaint hot line you get a "well that happens" and it will take time to get the correct windshield' NO sorry, NO compassion at all. but again if you did not have the correct windshield why even take the old one out and put the wrong one in. would of been easy to say " we do not have the correct windshield we need to change the appointment until after your trip" ??

  I will never use Safelite again. They replaced my windshield and then charged me $70 for wiper blades that were never installed as well as $50 for rain repellant that I not only didn’t have applied to my windshield, but I did not request this product. I have tried for over a week to reach someone that would make the transaction right and refund me for the services that were not provided but I keep getting put off my customer service and never get a returned call from anyone willing to help. I keep getting told that the Springdale, Arkansas location will be giving me a call to process a refund but after a week, I have yet to hear from anyone. The technician was extremely late to arrive at my house for the replacement after calling to verify an arrival time. Their business ethic has proven to be unethical and nothing more than fraudulent. From this point forward I will always express my negative experience on any social media platform that allows it as well as actively advertise against them to everyone fleet that I do business with that also does business with Safelite.
