It’s not often that you meet people who are true people’s people, but she’s one of them! You can tell that she loves her job and loves working with people. Her unwavering positivity and amazing sense of humor made me feel right at home. I cannot recommend her enough! I’d also like to give a shoutout to Emma, she was super kind and chatty as well while I was there, and the girl can rock a bandana!

At first Jiffy Lube was cooperative and willing to help even stating they would pay for clean up of car (over $300) and driveway, as well as providing rental car but once they found out extent of damages due to negligence at store they told me they could no longer speak to me and blocked my phone number. It is very unfortunate that they will not take accountability when they know they are at fault.
