  The car was clean when we got it. It was so nice to have it to travel in! Will definitely use Enterprise again!!

  Everyone is so friendly there. They had me in a car in no time. I appreciated them hooking up my Bluetooth, because I can't figure it out. Lol I also like that all their cars are 2026. :)

  I have tried, and I emphasize trued, to rent from this location twice in the last month. Made reservations ahead of time. Check. I uploaded my drivers license and other pertinent information. Check. I checked in line almost 24 hours in advance. Check. Reservation confirmed. Check. I get there AGAIN at my scheduled pick up time only to be told they have no cars, and again it's nothing but a mouth full of empty excuse that have me stranded in Fayetteville Arkansas location at 11AM with an important meeting in Dallas, 5 hours away this afternoon at 5 PM. And I feel bad because there are a lobby full of people in the same position. This place is in desparate of help and Enterprise needs to know this location is not up to snuff. I have no idea how they have a 4 star rating but I'm going to write reviews consistently about this location. It's that bad. And I usually do not take the time to write reviews.
