  The agents at the Enterprise rent a car office in Fayetteville, AR are wonderful!! Reserving a car online helped speed up the rental process. The agents were very professional and friendly. When I returned the car, the checkout was fast and the agent very efficient. When I asked if I could wait in the office for an Uber pickup, the agent who checked in my return offered a free courtesy ride back to my sister's apartment!!! So grateful for the offer!! This Enterprise care rental experience couldn't have been better!! Great teamwork and great agents in the Fayetteville, AR location!!

  Slow, slow, slow. Unhelpful staff, they appear to walk off from customers and go on break during the middle of the rental process. I always use Enterprise but will not use this location ever again.

  Aaron was very helpful and courteous- making sure we got the car we needed and allowing us to return the car to the airport since the airport had no cars when we arrived. We will always use Enterprise in the future given their excellent and accommodating service.

  The Fayetteville Enterprise Rental Car is absolutely amazing! The only place I will ever rent from. The cars are clean and dependable. Rentals are affordable, and the staff is absolutely amazing! Even when it seems, there are a lot of people in the store they get you right in and out. And their shuttle driver is absolutely amazing! I highly recommend them if you’re in the market for a rental car!
