  I routinely have reservations for Sunday pickups for work travel and consistently experience wait times of 1.5 to 2 hours, regardless of when I arrive. The staff is always incredibly kind, professional, and doing their best, but Sundays seem to be consistently understaffed. I would strongly encourage management to consider scheduling additional employees on Sundays to help improve wait times and the overall customer experience.

  After being on hold for 13 minutes the phone service abruptly hung up on me. When my husband called from his phone, the same thing happened even though he tried to go through the system a different way. Then we went to the offices here in Fayetteville, thinking maybe there was a glitch in the phone system. Nope. Room full of people waiting. There was one customer service person out front assisting people, and one guy sitting in the back, doing nothing as far as I could tell. When the one person actually assisting customers finally got to us, we were told we’ll have to wait until tomorrow before we could even get a vehicle.

  When went to pick up my rental while my truck was in the body shop from a accident I figured they would put me in some little car which im not used to driving small vehicles they gave me a 2026 Chevy silevado 4x4 which I needed the 4x4 in order to check on my land. So far pleased with service just waiting on my 50 dollar deposit to come back to me.

  Wasted my time and gas I call beforehand to get a quote and see what is available and as soon as pick the car and get my quote I drive to this place only to find out they have nothing available just wanted all my information and time why are they not more organized it’s ridiculous

  4th time we’ve confirmed a vehicle reservation called the manager and confirmed we would be able to get a vehicle they assured us 100% we would have a vehicle to rent at 8 am on Tuesday wake up early drive all the way down here and Emily who is not the lady we spoke to but assured us she was the manager said that she tried to call us this morning and didn’t. Not sure how this company stays in business I’ve now made 4 trips to different enterprise locations each time with a confirmed reservation and it’s the same result every single time. If Emily actually is the manager she is terrible at her job terrible at customer service didn’t offer any remorse that we drove down early. This location needs to be investigated the terrible attitude from Emily after saying our reservation is cancelled is just unacceptable. I will never recommend this business. Don’t make travel plans just because you’ve got a confirmed reservation they won’t notify you that it’s cancelled and then when you get there they will say they tried to call you I’ve heard that 4 times never gotten a single call. Absolute worst experience I’ve had from a business since I can remember
