I had some spots not hit so I asked if I could go back through and AJ the manager asked if I was a member. I said no. He then told me he couldn't help me because he was going to take care of all members first. I showed him my receipt and he said it doesn't matter your not a member. There were multiple cars in line and he wasn't going to even talk to me until all the members were taken care of. I paid for platinum wash, had receipt in hand that I just went through. AJ doesn't know how to handle customers and definitely shouldn't be a manager.
