  This location is going down hill fast !!! Brushes are never working equally!!!! I’ve had to wait on workers to appear at the start up … who’s know where they are !!!! Some worker pre bush the front of my vehicle but not the back or just quickly brush drivers side windshield only. I hate to say but I’m ready to cancel my membership

  I understand no circumstances would do business with this company again. I had the unlimited car wash for a few months. After a while I noticed my car just wasn’t getting clean the way I wanted. Reached out to them about one of their brushes in the wash not working and it still hadn’t been fixed. I decided to cancel the membership because it was no longer meeting my needs. I put in the request for cancellation in April and for some reason I was charged through next billing cycle still. I have had to call 6 times so far before they were able to actually find my membership and cancel it. However they are still refusing to refund the last month because they are saying I never requested it be canceled until this week. Overall customer service is awful and very difficult to get into contact with anyone who handles memberships/billing.

  They gave me a free car wash and offered to rinse me car mats for me! It was very nice and much appreciated!

  My go to for a car wash. They’re super quick and the staff is incredibly helpful always. Lawren and Sophia? (I think that’s their names) always talk with me and help me with everything I need. Great service as always!!
