  EVERYONE PLEASE READ I've NEVER had an issue with enterprise until this time. I turned in a car. They checked it and said I was G2G. Several days later I get a call saying theres damage to it. There was no damage to this car when I turned it in. They said they will look into it and I hear absolutely nothing for about a month..They don't call me or anything. I randomly get an email saying it's my fault and I need to pay 2 thousand dollars. Don't let this BS happen to you. I recommend staying away from this place unless you want it to happen to you also.

  Dont support places where they think sexual harrassment towards staff is okay. The managers name was Lyle? You owe people an apology, just saying.

  I had an issue at pickup with a car rental but they made up for it big time and really helped me out on my next rental. I think his name was Quinn but he was awesome!!

  JD Lyle spreads misinformation about the cars available for rent and leaves details out to try to set you up after to pay extra. Do not do business with this place

  I’m a retired IT/Business Consultant. Sometimes the work brain kicks in. My pickup day was one of those times. There’s a best practice framework and supporting tools in place. The employees work as a cohesive team to deliver value to their customers. When I called the location, I wasn’t expecting a car on a Friday afternoon with little notice from the insurance company. CJ told me there are plenty of cars available. I walked in to one seat available. I immediately thought, this man just sold me a car. That’s impressive. I observed the team work efficiently through the customers in store for pickup and manning the phones. One person had a somewhat aggressive nonverbal communication and backed it up by expressing displeasure. She wasn’t even the one renting the car. CJ moved fluidly to take care of the real customer, ensuring them both that the rental awaits. I noted that he maintained all professionalism with a difficult person, not even changing his facial expression. Hand off between check-in, walk around and turn over of the vehicle are smooth with no errors observed. CJ is a strong leader respected by the team. The team sticks to their tasks, not allowing anyone or anything disrupt the normal business process. I purposefully attempt to distract the agent who did my walk around. I wasn’t successful. It’s a pleasure to see a team get so much right. Give this team a bigger store. They’re running out of parking space for customer pickup and drop off.
