  Staggering!! Enterprise takes a “Reservation”, my wife is taken to pick up the RESERVED CAR… “We don’t have any cars…” WTH?? Gross Incompetence that ruined our entire trip!!

  Wife went online to reserve a minivan a week ago. Only to show up today with a car smaller than what we have at home. They showed no remorse and were no help to find a van from nearby enterprises. They were literally no help

  Do not waste your time at this Enterprise location. I had reserved a 3 row vehicle over a month in advance for a vacation trip. When I went to pick it up, they had no such vehicle. They did not want to help in any way by checking with other locations or anything. They said I could wait to see what vehicles would be turned in. That's ridiculous. What is even the point of making a reservation if they don't try to acquire what's been requested? I left there and drove to the Sherwood location to see if they could help me out. They were very kind and accommodating and wanted to make things right. They fixed me up with what I needed . I will never use the Cabot location again.

  Booked a rental online, was given multiple confirmation emails and reminder texts. Get dropped off at 7:45 to pick up my week long rental just to be told “sorry, we have nothing available.” I was never called and told this. Just had some dude in the back shout across the room this information to me. Garbage customer service. Do better. But according to these reviews, you won’t.
