  Completely useless. I wish I had checked the reviews. I reserved a car yesterday for 4 jobs I need to do estimates on for my plumbing company. I set up the jobs knowing I would have a car because I have never had an issue with Enterprise. But I have never used the Cabot AR location. I arrived at the office at 7:25am ready to get my day started. While I was outside waiting for them to unlock the door to let me in I received a phone call letting me know that because of the “lack of notice” my car wasn’t in. So I asked what they had. The answer was “Nothing. We don’t have ANY cars at this time.” Due to already confirming MY appointments with MY clients I am now in a very tight spot possibly losing some jobs due to the failure of this office. Why is this office even here if they have no cars??!! I will look for another company first from now on. Enterprise, you really put me in a tight spot today.

  Reserved a car, arrived early, staff advised they didn’t have a single car available and refused to help me find something else nearby. Fun note: the type of car I reserved was sitting in front of the store and it was a rental. Is what it is, these types of stores always have problems and enterprise doesn’t appear to have a handle on their inventory.
