Sat in line waiting for cashier for a solid five minutes only for her to tell me she had to figure out how to do a refund on the self checkout all the while the guy has the self checkout locked up with his transaction so no one can purchase anything. Hire more people or train better. People stop at convient stores for quick stops. Not your employee learning on their own.
