I had an amazing experience the whole time. Luiz is a great salesman and great guy. I bought a 2024 cx30 and unfortunately already had to take it into the service department for some minor issues. Even though it sucks bringing a new car in for service after only 2 weeks, the service department has also been incredible with keeping me updated on the status of my car, what went wrong. And an ETA on when it might be ready. Thank you to everyone at Superior Mazda for everything!

I met the Miata of my dreams at Superior! Brianna worked fast and efficiently to make everything happen. Was promised delivery on Saturday and got the call Thursday that I could meet my new best friend!!! I just purchased an Infiniti QX 60. I really love the car. Krystyna was my advisor, and she was incredible! She’s very thorough and works hard. She’s not “pushy” at all. She knows the details of the different cars very well, and done her homework. She has a great sense of humor and is easy to work with. I give her the highest rating possible, and will buying from her again!

I’ve been shopping and researching used cars for a couple months as part of a life transition and I stumbled onto Superior Mazda for my second car after dealing with several dealerships along the way. By far, Superior Mazda, and Lucas in particular, were the easiest, kindest, and most transparent people to deal with that I came along. The legacy system of sleazy car salesman was a point of dread and negative energy for me, but Lucas and his team didn’t exhibit any of this. The car was fairly priced, he transparently answered all questions and bent over backwards to provide proof where proof was needed, eased any concerns, and they weren’t pushy at all. I felt like the ball was in my court. No gimmicks or emotional plays, or “let me negotiate with the manager”, none of it. It was easy and stress free as it should be. I definitely recommend others do business with these professionals. Best of luck!

My experience with Superior Mazda was truly exceptional from start to finish. Purchasing a vehicle can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Travis made the entire process easy, comfortable, and enjoyable. He was patient, honest, and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel pressured. It was clear that he genuinely cared about helping me find the right vehicle and ensuring I was happy with my decision.
I also want to give a heartfelt thank you to Rosie. She went above and beyond to help facilitate the replacement of my windshield and was incredibly helpful throughout the process. Her kindness, responsiveness, and dedication to making sure everything was taken care of did not go unnoticed. It’s rare to find people who are so willing to go the extra mile for their customers, and Rosie certainly did.
The level of care and customer service I received from both Travis and Rosie made a lasting impression. They treated me with respect, kept me informed every step of the way, and made me feel valued as a customer.
