  Superior Mazda is absolutely the best dealership we have ever experienced! The entire team is fantastic. Travis Martin was our client advisor,and he did such an incredible job getting us into a new car. He is very patient, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. There were no high pressured sales at all. They also do not just drop you after a sale. They follow-up and check to make sure everything is going great, and to let them know if you need anything. We have never had a dealership do that before. Thank you!

  I had an amazing experience at Mazda and truly can’t recommend this team enough. Bri was so kind, helpful, and made the entire process feel easy and enjoyable. She has such a great presence and style, and immediately made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision. A special thank you to Jose, the general manager, for working with me to get everything exactly where I needed it to be. I really appreciated his transparency and willingness to help make it all come together. Kamryn was also incredible! She took the time to walk me through every detail of my new car, inside and out, and made sure I felt completely confident before I left. I never felt rushed and really appreciated the care she put into making the transition seamless. Overall, such a smooth and positive experience from start to finish. This team truly goes above and beyond!

  Superior is the perfect descriptor of the experience I had, due in large part to the stellar service from Ivan Trevino. I came from out of state (OKC), and Ivan had me set up to sign everything that I hadn’t already e-signed before I left the OKC metro area when I arrived. He also had the finance department (Andy is also awesome) ready to complete the transaction. I only had to wait a very brief time due to Ivan closing another deal from before I arrived. This was the absolute quickest and easiest vehicle transaction I’ve ever had. I will default to looking here first for future vehicle needs. They own the Mercedes and BMW dealerships directly next door, so they have all kinds of excellent used vehicles, not to mention the sleeper Mazdas that are finally getting the attention they deserve. Would recommend!

  I have purchased many vehicles over the past 45 years. This was one of the best interactions with a car dealership staff I have had. From my initial contact with Rex to a cordial introduction to Chris, one of the Internet sales managers, to a graceful handoff to Jacob, (Rex had a prior commitment), we were treated with the utmost courtesy and friendly hospitality! We drove from the Tulsa area to look at several vehicles. Two of them were still going through reconditioning and prep, however, Jacob and Chris went out of their way to make accommodations so that we could see and drive them. The Superior Auto group has quite the interconnected chain of stores and these guys worked seamlessly with Aaron over at the BMW store which had one of the vehicles listed. The third vehicle I was interested in was at another store, but also affiliated and had I been more interested in that vehicle, the team would have facilitated that process I’m certain. We decided on the vehicle at the Mazda store and was able to reach an agreed purchase price without the typical exhausting back and forth games or heavy pressure tactics, and I have experienced them all! Chris was empowered to make necessary decisions and he was quick to convey their best offer, which was well reasoned. He and his team then spent additional time and considerable effort to match a pre approved loan rate I had secured from my credit union, which has always been difficult to impossible to do! They came through and we were able to conclude the transaction that evening without the need to come back at a later date! I would highly recommend this dealership chain and all the guys mentioned, and would most definitely reach out to them first in any future vehicle purchase needs!

  HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Our salesperson, Brianna W., was very knowledgeable on all Mazda cars/ trim packages and helped us with finding the right car for our family. Rosie, the sales manager, even assisted at a point and made us fall in love with our car choice even more. When the car we wanted wasn't available on the lot, Brianna was able to locate another and get it to us within days. Once the vehicle came in, she told us all about the different features in our new CX-5 and talk to us about pricing while having the best personality. During the finance process, Jesus talked through the entire loan documents without it making it feel like a chore. He knew the answer to every question and made the process so quick and easy. After our new CX-5 came in, we were able to work with the service department and get some additional accessories for our vehicle. Such a seamless process and our best car buying experience.
