  Had a dual action polisher that was stuck and couldn’t get the backing plate off, came in and they fixed it within minutes no questions asked, super helpful and I appreciated it so much. Highly recommend

  My AC stopped working and I brought my car into the shop based on reviews. They were beyond helpful and QUICK!! I dropped my car off at 3PM and picked it up the next day at noon. Fair pricing and they even changed my oil for me for a super fair price as well. Would recommend!!

  Straightline Automotive has the right person leading this location. Alex and the team at Straightline on Moberly in Bentonville are awesome. Friendly and honest service, in a reasonable time frame, at a fair price, with great communication throughout the process. I've had my share of bad experiences with service coordinators/leads at dealerships and outside shops. Several that I have encountered are rude and talk to you like you're an idiot. After they diagnose the issues with your vehicle, the upselling begins with services that typically aren't needed. I almost always buy late model used cars with a good Carfax and I keep the vehicle for at least 4-5 years. I stay on top of my preventive maintenance and when I sense an issue, I do my homework and I don't delay fixing the issue or getting it fixed. When I can't fix an issue myself or have doubts, I want to lean on someone I can trust, which is Alex and the Straightline team in Bentonville.

  Always have a wonderful experience with straightened auto. Recently had them replace motor in my car window. Well after a few months the window would not roll up. Took it back and they replaced a part in the window for no cost. I already had put 1000.00 dollars in that window prior. I was so happy and appreciative. Yes I will continue to use Straightline auto for the future. Thank you Datlene

  Straightline was recommended to us from a friend and the tow truck driver who picked our Jeep up off the side of the road. The Jeep was dropped off about noon on a Tuesday and we picked it up ready to drive at noon on Wednesday, roughly 24 hours from broken to fixed. Everyone was very professional, shop was clean, price was reasonable and acceptable with the speed of repair being outstanding. Highly recommend Straightline Automotive for repairs.
