  I've taken my high-mileage, 2013 Toyota Sienna to the Straightline on Moberly for several repairs. Most recently, they replaced my alternator and AC compressor. Pros: The folks here are genuinely pleasant to deal with, both in-person and on the phone. The understand customer service. I've also felt that they've repaired my van each time very well and reasonably quickly. I feel a significant amount of trust leaving my van and my wife's car in their hands for larger repairs. Cons: This is just the nature of the beast with mechanics, but they are certainly not cheap. That said, in my view, auto repair and maintenance is an area where I'm willing to put out a little extra money if the repairs are done right and with good parts. Whether you think they provide good value is something you'll have to determine for yourself.

  I had a great experience with Straightline Automotive. My front wheel was making a squeaking noise, so I brought my car in to get it checked out. They took the time to look everything over, but weren’t able to replicate the noise. They explained that it was most likely something minor like a small rock or low tire pressure causing the issue. Even though they couldn’t recreate the problem, I really appreciated them taking the time to inspect my car and give me an honest explanation. It gave me peace of mind knowing there wasn’t anything serious going on. On top of that, they didn’t charge me anything for taking a look. Overall, the service was friendly, helpful, and straightforward. I’d definitely recommend Straightline Automotive to anyone looking for honest and reliable service.
