  Highly disappointed. My daughter in law took her jeep in with a lot of issues. They called and explained that things were messed with and just needed to be tightened up and one part needed replaced. $1,000. Price is not the issue. When she got home, less than 5 hours later her jeep wouldn’t start. After inspecting under the hood, we found that the battery was not fully clamped in and was missing the brace that keeps the jeep battery secure. So…after you say what was fixed was things that we had done to it and assuring us that things were put back together correctly, you missed the battery? My dad’s a mechanic, I know that’s not right, it’s the first thing you check! Anyhow, mistakes happen, right? She took it back up there after talking to Steve who was very nice. When she arrived she couldn’t speak with Steve but the guy helping her told her he couldn’t do anything to help her. I deal with customers all day every day and this is not how you treat people. Do better. Be better. Overall I would NEVER suggest anyone go here. By the way, said jeep is still not working after they “fixed” it.

  Called for a diagnostic and was able to get repair in the same day! Steve was such a big help!

  Highly recommend Steve and Kenny with Straightline Automotive. My vehicle had been at another mechanic that just couldn't find what was wrong. I wasted money and time at that mechanic. Then I brought it to Straightline and they quickly were able to diagnosis the problem and fix it at a reasonable price. While it was there, they were also able to fix a few other things which was really convenient. My xterra is running great now. Its great when you find an honest and knowledgeable mechanic. In addition to being thorough and kmowledable, they are also friendly. Best mechanic in NWA!

  Was recc’d by friends. Came in thinking I had an issue with my clutch on my manual transmission car and was about to have to spend a fortune. Turned out to be a simple fix, and they were happy to tell me it was not going to cost me anyone close to what i thought. Really refreshing and transparent, definitely coming back and recommending to others.
