  Bentonville, Arkansas store—Easy to schedule appointment. Work started early. Rocky and Josh were friendly, professional, efficient, and kept us informed during the repair. Can’t tell where damage occurred now.

  The technician called before and stated they were headed my way. They arrived in a timely manner. I had to go into work so I handed my keys and asked if he had a way to remove the mount for my dash camera. He stated he could remove it. I was called when the windshield was replaced to come out and get my keys. Since I was in the middle of work, I quickly ran out and grabbed my keys and went back into work. It wasn’t until I was leaving to go home that I realized he didn’t take my dash camera mount off and leave it for me. I tried calling that night but the office was closed already. I called again right at 8am when they opened. I left a voicemail. Never received a call back. I called again a few hours later and the lady on the other end said she emailed the manager to contact me. Still nothing. I called once again and was told the technician would call me when he was done with the job he was on. Nothing. So right before they closed at 5pm, I called again and was told another message was sent to the manager for a call back. It’s been 2 days since and still no call. Will not be using them again or recommending them to anyone due to this. I now have no way to attach my dash camera to my new windshield and it is worthless. I feel like they don’t want to take responsibility for their mistakes and I will never get a call back. I will be making a stop to the shop next week if I don’t receive a call back soon. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

  Called me to say they had an opening early, which I took. They were done in an hour and a half. The technician, Drew, was nice, professional, reliable, and quick. The only quirk is, I didn't drive the car for three days after the replacement, and the inside glass was DIRTY AS ALL GET OUT. When the morning sun shone on it, I was completely blind. I didn't anticipate that, but when I think about it, I guess it makes sense that they cannot clean the inside until the adhesive sets for the replacement. I cannot remember if the technician mentioned cleaning the glass specifically, but it would be good to tell customers they need to clean the glass after 24 hours or something. Otherwise, this was as uncomplicated an ordeal as a human being could hope for.

  I scheduled a mobile repair for windshield replacement on my 2025 Silverado. I received a text stating that Drew (a black man) would arrive in 25 mins. But a white man showed up and performed the install. Install and recalibration went good, however, the technician did not clean the windshield, (inside or outside) after the installation. In all previous installs, this has always been done. If they no longer do this, I won't use Safelite again. Additionally, it is a huge safety concern with a person not identified coming to do the installation. At this point, I don't recommend Safelite as a mobile solution.

  DONT DO IT!!!!!!!! What a waste of time. Two automated phone systems to go through in order to speak to an agent. I made an appointment with a time window of 12:00 to 5:00. No show on the appointment. After going through to automated systems again, I spend 45 minutes on hold only to be disconnected. Called again to go through two automated systems only to be told that I would have to email them a confirmation number so they could investigate the problem. To confirmation text or email was sent. The Bentonville Shop and The national customer service is horrible. The only thing offered was an opportunity to reschedule. Why would I do This if I have six hours invested in a 45 minute repair. Incompetence!!!!!!!!!!!
