  I have used a few of the car washes in NWA, and this was the first one where I experienced excellent customer service. From the first person I met, Ava to the manager Marlin, it was great service. They are not like the rest, example: Once your car goes through the tunnel and you head to the vacuum area a representative comes by ready to help you vacuum, clean the inside, the mats or anything you need at no charge!! This is a first and I hope they continue with this excellent customer service. In this competitive landscape, a business has to differentiate itself from the others, and they absolutely did. I highly recommend this Car wash facility. By the way, I went ahead and got a membership in place. The price was better than anyone in the area.

  When I first went through i wasn't sure what to think. The car wash just seemed to be okay. It was the service AFTER the wash that was exceptional. Josiah E. came out and helped me clean the bugs off the front of the truck grill. If that wasn't enough (and it was more than enough), he offered to clean both my rubber and carpeted mats. When he was finished, they were cleaner than when I bought the truck! He is a veteran and did an outstanding job and was very polite. If for no other reason, go there just to get Josiah's help. If you own the place, this young man needs to be promoted.

  Lance T had exceptional service the other day, helping me clean my mats, wipe my windows, and get bugs off the front of my vehicle. Will definitely come back again just for the amazing customer service.

  By far the best Car wash in town. The young men are so helpful here too. Josiah and Lance helped me shine my tires and vacuum out my car. My car is squeaky clean. My new mebership will go to good use!! Thank you so so much.

  I redeemed a coupon for a free wash and then utilized the vacuum and cloths to clean the glass and inside of my vehicle. Ira, an employee of Glide Xpress asked if he could wipe down the back. He proceeded to carefully wipe the entire back and front Of my vehicle, explaining that the car wash didn’t clean it as well as as it should have. I expressed my appreciation as I’ve never had someone do that at a car wash. It was great to see someone do their job really well and want to take care of customers!
