  Hello I would like to thank Luke Wilson, the manager at Enterprise car rental at Northwest Arkansas National Airport (XNA), for the exceptional customer service he provided to our family. After renting a minivan in Arizona at PHX, we departed for Fayettville Arkansas early Tuesday morning. When we arrived on Wednesday we discovered that a portion underneath the vehicle was detaching and had been temporarily secured with zip ties. This resulted in multiple trips to Enterprise while we tried to resolve the issue. Throughout the entire process, Luke was professional, understanding, and extremely helpful. Luke went above and beyond to accommodate our family by providing us with a replacement minivan. This was especially important because our daughter was recovering from a C-section, and having a minivan made it much easier and more comfortable for her to get in and out of the vehicle. Most importantly, it gave us peace of mind knowing we were traveling in a safe and reliable vehicle. We are truly grateful for Luke’s assistance, professionalism, and dedication to customer service. His efforts helped make a stressful situation much easier to manage and greatly improved our experience.   This was a really disappointing rental experience. We had reserved a luxury car and were given a Toyota Rav 4 that would have been acceptable had a refund of come along with the downgrade in vehicle. We then had to drive back to the airport to pick up the vehicle reserved the next day. Lots of wasted time and we got to wait in line at the rental counter for over 30 minutes. Won’t be booking with them again in our future trips.

  Worst customer service I have ever experienced. My flight was cancelled so I booked a rental car for the following day. When I arrived at the airport at 11pm the following night and went to the counter I was informed my reservation was cancelled even tho I never cancelled it, was never notified that it was cancelled, and still shows booked in the enterprise app. When I reached out to customer service I was told I should have booked it earlier. I will never rent with Enterprise again or recommend them to anyone.

  Would give a zero if I could. Showed up and they didn’t have the car we paid for. Gave a the only car they had and said to come back the next day to switch out for the car we paid for. Came back and waited in line for 45 minutes and told we could get no refund or compensation for the hassle. Told only ONE PERSON works the desk on weekends.

  The Rent-A-Car was fantastic brand new . It was great on gas comfortable feeling Car all around a great experience.
