    I have always used Enterprise when I needed to rent a vehicle. I always rented to travel and never had one issue! But, then. I was in a hit and run car accident and had to schedule car repairs. I get online, rent a car, and head 40 minutes away to pick it up. I did not want to go to the airport, but that is where the vehicle that I needed was. I get parked and walk in. I walk to the counter, tell them my name, and that i need to pick up a car. The young gentleman at the counter says very condescending, "when did you make the reservation?" I said this morning for the noon pickup. He looks at me and says, "we aren't honoring any same day rentals, your reservation has been canceled. I looked stunned and ask, "why?" "We are not honoring any same day reservations." No explanation, nor a care in the world that I needed that car, I needed my car fixed, or that all my appointments for a week have now been overturned. I put in a complaint and the manager calls after 6pm and said that he doesn't understand what happened and that they had the car, if I wanted to come get it. Sure, after my whole day was ruined, I had to make a new appointment to have my car fixed which now won't be until next week and I have to drive a car that the headlights don't work and I can't lift my hood. And, never anything more than they have a car, 6 hours later, if i want to spend another 40min one way trip there to get it. Terrible, terrible experience and I will be very leary and desperate to ever rent from Enterprise again! Plus side, Budget will be about $200 cheaper for a bigger car.

    Arrived to XNA on Saturday morning and the sign at the Enterprise kiosk directed us over to National. Jastan was very helpful, cheerful and funny. We appreciated her customer service. Our Nissan was great on gas, a smooth ride while visiting. Returning the vehicle was easy. We returned the vehicle exactly where we picked up. There are signs that say "Enterprise Return" and park in one of the stalls. Someone will greet you once parked and assist with the car rental. Small airport so it makes it easy and quick.

    Had a trip planned with family during our spring break a few weeks ago to NW Arkansas. Upon our arrival- there was an inventory issue with the car we had reserved, but the management quickly went above and beyond to rectify the situation and get us into a vehicle quickly. Was very impressed with their customer service- maybe a handful of rental car agenciesI have dealt with over the past 2 decades deserve a 5 star rating in my opinion-but they are definitely one of them! 10/10 would recommend.

    First of all I'm going to make a statement here for those who never rent a car before procedures ok so I rented a car and I chose tw he smallest and most economical vehicle ok wish it was a honda fit well that is what they have in stock online and is what I could afford anyways when I arrived the heavy set girl that works front desk kept threatening me and almost harassing me that the car I chose was not a great fit and she kept going on and on that car was too small the reason she kept bugging about the same issue is because they do not carry those type of cars there they display it online because they are affordable to rent however when you go pick them.up they will lure you into telling you how small the vehicle is etc well guess what I proceed to get that car than she mention well I don't think that car is in stock so I ask her well is there something else almost you can provide for me she clearly say no and what I can do Is cancel well I got my vehicle from a 3rd party and I could not cancel never did she offer to provide me a similar vehicle she never had a solution she clearly say what you can do is get another vehicle for your fit and pay extra wish I didn't had no choice because I had a family emergency first of all customer come first I had previously pay for extra protection and all that deal thru a third party I had already pay for there rental and all fees she clearly had an issue with customer she never try to find a solution or offer another car without paying extra and she got lucky her manager wasn't there but I will clearly take this to enterprise corporate so they can know what type of service they are delivering to customers bottom line if this happens to you ask for them to upgrade you anothwr vehicle free of charge and if you had paid for protection and collision there is no need to pay again for any of that they will threaten. You if you damage the car you will pay for it but I got in touch with my thirds provider and they had back me up to file a claim report don't let them lure you into paying extras...

    Super impressed with Enterprise at XNA. All the staff, especially Nick at check in, made the process smooth and the fastest pick up and return I’ve ever had with a rental. Top-notch and will rent from again!
