  I reserved a car five days in advance. You would expect that a car would be available when you arrive at the facility to pick it up. Well, there were no cars and I was told at that time that I would have to take a pick up truck or a minivan. I did not want either, but I was pressed for time so I had to take one or the other. So I elected to take the truck. The truck was brought up to the front door to where I could inspect it. When the inspection was done, the associate said “oh by the way, This truck has a tire pressure warning light that will not go out”. Now I’m driving 550 miles the next day and they’re trying to get me to drive it with a warning light. Even though the associate told me the tire pressure was good, I still wouldn’t want to take this car 550 miles not knowing what the tire pressure is in that tire. So I declined the pick up truck, which by the way was the only one available. At this point, I was told I’d have to take a minivan. I was not happy big difference between a sedan and a Minivan. I recommend that you do anything and everything you can to ensure that you are reserving what you want and that what you Be available when you get to the facility to pick it up. That is why you reserve a car. They ask you what do you want and you tell them. One would reasonably Expect that the car Car, truck, luxury, minivan, or SUV Would be available when you arrive. Did not happen.

  I had a very mixed experience with Enterprise. It started off frustrating but ended on a positive note because of Parker, who went above and beyond to make things right. I arrived around 9:00 AM and was given a mid size suv as I reserved by the lady at the counter. Shortly after getting home, the screen stopped working, so I had to drive back to the location. When I returned, Drew helped me and asked me to wait in line until he finished checking in other customers, even though I was returning because of an issue with the vehicle I had just received. He then provided a replacement vehicle, but unfortunately, that car would not connect to Bluetooth, was not very clean, and looked like it had been sitting on the lot for some time. When I pointed out the issue, Drew again asked me to wait while he checked in other customers. After already making the trip back because of a vehicle problem, having to wait again was extremely frustrating. Thankfully, Parker completely turned the experience around. He listened to what happened, understood my frustration, sincerely apologized, and upgraded my vehicle. It was already around 12:30 PM on Friday, so I really appreciated him taking ownership of the situation. When I returned the car on Monday, Parker even remembered what had happened and provided additional discounts for the inconvenience. His professionalism, understanding, and genuine customer service made a huge difference.

  After thinking about trying Hertz and it being a massive failure, I went back to Enterprise, and realized how stupid I was to even consider Hertz. Grayson and his guys really took care of me and got me rented and on my way extremely quickly. The car was clean inside, washed outside and had a full tank of gas.

  Excellent experience for pick up and drop off. I called in just the previous evening ansld they booked a driver to pick next morning. The staff was great with pick up process and got a decent vehicle - very clean and no issues whatsoever ever. When I returned the car, I needed a drop off. Pleaae keep in mind that if you need drop off, you need ro be there by 5 pm as the drivers go off work post that. I reached at 5:45 pm and the off work driver was so kind to drop me in his off hours.

  I am always impressed with the men and women who work at the Bentonville office. They are so kind and helpful. Other offices are not as kind. I will continually be renting from Enterprise as long as I am able.
