  A few hours before pick-up and “we are completely out of cars”. Yet, I can go on THEIR website and book a rental. I was told they were trying to stop the rentals and calling as they happened. I booked early yesterday morning and didn’t hear until this morning. This is a ridiculous excuse for a broken system and why I never use Enterprise.

  Extremely disappointing experience with this Enterprise location. I called to try to resolve a rental issue after already dealing with delays from my insurance situation, and the employee repeatedly interrupted me while I was speaking. When I calmly asked if interrupting customers was considered acceptable customer service, the call was abruptly disconnected. I called back to try to handle the situation professionally, but the employee who answered refused to identify himself and acted dismissive instead of helping resolve the issue. The entire interaction felt unprofessional, disrespectful, and unnecessarily confrontational. I understand people have stressful jobs, but basic communication and professionalism should still be expected—especially when customers are already dealing with accidents, transportation issues, and insurance claims. I hope management takes customer service more seriously moving forward. *****UPDATE***** Tried to reach out, chat ended the chat 2 times and wouldn't help me. I appreciate the professionalism Enterprise puts out. 0/0 Ill NEVER RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE! ****Final Update**** After a frustrating experience with the Bentonville location, the team at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Springdale really changed my outlook. The manager took the time to actually listen to my concerns instead of brushing me off, and honestly that alone meant a lot. While the options we discussed didn’t fully work out the way I had hoped, they still made a genuine effort to help and gave me more support than the Bentonville location ever attempted. Customer service isn’t always about magically fixing every problem — sometimes it’s about treating people with respect, listening, and trying to help. I appreciate the professionalism and effort from the Springdale team. Maybe Bentonville should get some pointers from Springdale 🤷🏾

  Needed a car to make a Kansas City trip for my granddaughters birthday. Kalob and Charles with Enterprise were amazing! It was the most seamless rental process I've encountered. I will definitely be using Enterprise for all my rental needs! Great place😁

  UPDATE** I just want to say that the issue I was having with my experience here is my bank account incurred three separate charges for my rental, which was to be handled by insurance company while getting my vehicle repaired after MVA (was not at fault). This was never supposed to be on me, and was almost $400 total so yes this was frustrating. The vehicle itself was good. They did refund the charges which I am grateful for. Thank you Go somewhere else or just walk or stay home. Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else.

  My experience with Enterprise Car Rental was excellent. The staff was professional, efficient, and took the time to clearly explain everything that was pertinent to my rental contract. They also went above and beyond by offering additional options that helped me save money, which I really appreciated. The entire process was smooth and well organized—I was in my loaner vehicle in approximately 20 minutes. Great customer service and a hassle-free experience. I would definitely recommend Enterprise to anyone needing a rental vehicle.
