- CCCarolyn ChaJul 3, 20261.0This is for out of state people only. Do not come here as they have the horrible 50/50 on registration policy. Makes no sense. What would have taken one visit to triple a or the dmv to get my CA plates has been a nightmare. Also had to hire private vin verifier which costs $156 that normally if I just did the registration on my own I would not have to do! Still don’t have my plates and they refuse to reimburse me. I would recommend not paying them registration fees upfront. Or avoid entirely if you‘re from out of state or plan on moving
