  ok so i needed tires and an oil change and they got me in and out way faster than i expected which never happens. the guy at the front desk was super helpful and didnt try to upsell me on anything, def coming back here next time my cars due for maintenance.

  The mechanic was very kind and helpful to explain exactly what was wrong with my car. He even stayed after hours to make sure my car was running smoothly before letting me go home. Highly recommend this shop!!!

  David Howard w. Tire Engineers is FANTABULOUS to work with! David & his crew have taken care of my vehicles for several years. They are honest & dependable folks with old fashion work ethic which is hard to find these days. David has helped me out several times when I have had bogus repair recommendations when they weren’t needed whatsoever. Waiting lounge is comfortable & everyone is polite & friendly! Great Value for Great Service!!

  I had a really great experience! Dawn was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made the whole process so much easier than I expected. She took the time to answer my questions, explain what was going on with my vehicle, and made sure I felt comfortable with everything before any work was done. It's not often you find someone who genuinely cares about their customers. The service was quick, and I left feeling confident that my vehicle was in good hands. I truly appreciate the excellent service and will definitely be coming back. If you're looking for someone who is knowledgeable and genuinely cares, I highly recommend asking for Dawn!

  Bring our entire fleet of hvac trucks here. 10 minute oil changes always take closer to an hour, every single time I have brought a flat here they have found some bogus reason to not fix it. Ms dawn will make you sit and wait for hours and tell you they are just super busy when there is 1 car in the bays with 4 techs working on an oil change. Worst customer service I’ve had in a long time. Tried to tell me my new tire wasn’t able to be repaired due to age and when I showed her the dot stamp being a year old got treated with horrible attitude. Not very knowledgeable or honest would not bring my business back here.
