Camping world lost a sale due to being money hungry. I had a pre approval for a camper at a 8.49 interest that I did not disclose because I wanted to see what camping world would offer. I let the sales person know that me and my wife were around a 800 credit score and before I let them run my credit they asked if around $900 a month for 20 years would be ok. Mind you I have a pre approval that put me at $630 a month for 20 years. Obviously the sales person was trying to feel us out to see how much interest they could get away with charging us so they could make more money. I understand businesses need to make some money but trying to upcharge an extra $270 a month for 20 years is ridiculous. I went to a different dealer
We had a great experience with Camping World in Benton. The salesman, service department, finance department, and management all worked together and answered all our questions. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy an RV.

Overall, good experience! Love the team up there, always willing to help, and I have bought now 6 campers from this team locally. I will say be prepared properly in mindset.
Buying an RV is a 3-6 hour process commonly, many steps, and its easy for things to go wrong with a moving house basically, so we had figured it to be an all day experience, just being honest.
Their pricing was very fair, they got us financing in a hard situation for a work for yourself with not immaculate credit, and helped us each step of the way!
In our walkthrough we learned the fridge freezer was not cooling, they attempted to fix it but couldn't, so they went and bought a brand new one and installed it in our camper to appease us not having to bring it back or leave it there, which we were so grateful for.
They even had delivery drivers to bring our camper to them and deliver our new one back out and set it up where we needed it under our carport, which was great!
We love our new to us camper, and we will happily buy another one from this location and team again! Give them a chance for your next camper adventure!

I had an amazing experience with the Benton, AR Camping World thanks to Ms. Toni, the General Manager, and her entire staff. Everyone was incredibly polite, patient, and went way above and beyond to help me throughout the entire process.
What made this experience even more impressive was that I live in Florida, the travel trailer I purchased was located in Georgia, and Ms. Toni still handled everything seamlessly from a distance. She even coordinated having the trailer delivered to North Carolina for me, making the entire process smooth, easy, and completely stress-free from start to finish.
They were always straightforward with my questions and gave honest answers without any pressure sales tactics, which is hard to find these days. You can tell they truly care about their customers and take pride in what they do.
This is hands down the best Camping World location I’ve ever dealt with. I highly recommend Ms. Toni and her team to anyone looking for outstanding customer service and a smooth RV buying experience!
