  Picked up a minivan today the car is 3000 miles over on oil change, I did checked the oil and its way overfilled. Engine is leaking oil from multiple places and covered in oil and grease. Probably one of the nastiest cars I’ve been in. Seatbelts are so dirty it’ll stain your clothes and it smells like a wet dog mixed with air freshener- there were probably 10 pine tree air fresheners hidden in different places. Just spent 3- 1/2 hours cleaning. It. If it wasn’t the only 7 passenger vehicle in my area available—— absolutely no way I would’ve accepted it. We had already cleaned quite a bit before we thought to take pictures and they don’t do the smell justice

  Went to rent a vehicle at Enterprise. It was the first time I'd ever rented one. It was an amazing and positive experience. The day I went in to rent one the lady I talked to was so pleasant, knowledgeable, and made it simple and explained everything well. She was amazing, such a beautiful attitude. The vehicle she put us in was very nice and comfortable. We really enjoyed the whole weekend. On returning the vehicle there was a very nice young man who helped unload my things and load them into my personal vehicle. He was kind and very helpful and pleasant. I enjoyed doing business with Enterprise and the staff are awesome. I'd recommend them to anyone needing to rent. I will use them again in the future. Thank you Enterprise for an enjoyable experience.

  Great branch. The employees here provide great customer service and are always willing to work with my needs/schedule. Special shoutout to Shanti! I would recommend this branch to anyone in the Batesville area who needs a vehicle.
