  This pilot is one of the best pilots I’ve been to in the entire country. This is a pilot dealer meeting is not owned by corporate. You’ll see that in the reviews. But if this is what pilot dealers are doing corporate shouldn’t be owning these anymore. A very nice facility tons of parking And has the cheapest diesel of any pilot in the area. They have a really good deli with extremely affordable pricing. I don’t know what it cost to pay for parking. But if you get fuel or buy enough in the store I believe parking is free. With a 75 gallon fuel up I got half off breakfast. I took a peek into one of the showers and it looked nice, clean and modern. Staff was nice. I highly recommend.

  I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at the Pizza Hut location I visited on Thursday, May 28th, 2026, at approximately 7:00 pm. My husband and I went to the restaurant to eat, and we observed an older gentleman preparing personal pizzas. Unfortunately, he seemed disinterested and did not engage with customers. When I approached the counter to place our order, he walked away from us. After I managed to get his attention, he asked if he could take our order. However, the pizzas displayed under the heat lamp did not have a time or date sticker, which raised concerns about their freshness. I requested a freshly made pizza due to my allergy to onions and my observation that the pizzas under the heat lamp appeared old. The staff member informed me that pizzas can be kept under the heat lamp for 22-30 minutes, but I corrected him, stating that the standard is 15 minutes, with a maximum of 30 minutes. He then asked me which Pizza Hut location I had worked at, and I replied that it was in Hawaii, on a military base. I believe that the staff at this location require additional training to provide polite and courteous service. The staff member in question appeared tired and irritated, and his behavior was unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and professionalism. Unfortunately, my experience at this location was horrible, and I do not intend to return. I hope that the management will take my feedback seriously and take necessary steps to improve the service at this location.
