  I have purchased many cars over the years. Usually impulse buys, but I have looking for a little over a month for a new vehicle. I had no idea what I wanted. After a weekend of dealing with 2 different dealership, I found Southwest Auto in Arkadelphia, AR. I wanted to see 4 completely automobiles. They knew what I wanted to see from my internet searches. They contacted me and I set up a time to meet with Ron. When I got there we talked got a minute and the Acadia Denali Ultimate was in the showroom. He showed me that vehicle then we drove 3 others. The first one, I drove about a block. The second and third, I drove about a mile. But then they pulled the Acadia out and I drove it for several miles. There was no pressure. Ron was very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles. He also answered the questions I had about finance rates and prices. Wasn't any bate and switch or wasting my time. I was there about 3 hours, drove 4 vehicles, and purchased the one I loved. I needed to pick it up the next day. It was Ron's day off. He came in and showed me as much as I could absorb about the vehicle. Told me to call with any questions. Everyone was was nice and courteous that I met. Check out their website. It was the best deal I found in Little Rock, Hot Springs, El Dorado, Camden, White Hall, Texarkana, Ruston, or Monroe. It was worth the drive. It was nice to just go discuss and buy a vehicle.

  A wonderful buying experience. Sales Consultant Ron Courteaux did an exceptional job getting me into a 2026 GMC Acadia , he comes highly recommended, and I will be back again if and when I need to purchase another vehicle.

  Worst Experience ever!!! Our salesperson was Greyson who hasnt even tried to help us at all! He got his commision and he was DONE! First there's a popping that I noticed right off the bat but being busy ive let it go! We have had the vehicle w months and we start having running issues so I took it straight to the dealership thinking oh yeah they will help me! Boy was i wrong took 2 weeks for them to tell me its 2 cylinders and warranty wont cover it and it'll cost $4,000 to fix it! No help from anybody to try and make it work! I get the you know this happens with used vehicles!!! Seriously RUN DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!!!!

  My salesman Greyson and the previous sales manager told me and my grandfather sales tax was financed in come to find out it wasn’t they wouldn’t admit to it and gave me an extended paper tag. Now they are talking crap using my name behind my back and are proceeding to do the same to other customers. Greyson also hits vehicles in the parking lot and sells them before he can be charged the money. He also leaves windows down of 50k plus vehicles in the rain(witnessed myself I’m the one that rolled them up). If you come here DONT USE GREYSON!
