  Where do i start! I walked in with an exhaust pipe, I need a gasket for it, the guy can’t help me because he can’t get past the year make and model, mind you, I have the pipe in hand, all he has to do is measure it to get the right size, he looked as if I just asked him to solve equations to solve the age of the universe. He gets the manager and equally older guy that you’d think he know what to do, lo and behold, he didn’t know how to measure a pipe for a gasket, I tell him how to measure and he hands me the measuring tape and says “well since you know how, here you go” and walks back to his desk. What kind of people is Autozone hiring! How they stay in business is unknown to me. I’ll never set foot in an Autozone again and as far as the community is concerned, they shouldn’t either! So ridiculous!

  I had the most wonderful experience with Bart the store manager. I was given the wrong alternator from the manufacturer and it wouldn't fit in my car. He had no problem exchanging it for a new one and making sure I was well taken care of. Thank you so much Bart for the support.

  I just wanted to give a shout out to Scott. I stopped in just a few minutes ago with my F250 having some issues with my battery. Scott jumped right on it and was very helpful. It was a minor fix, but he was very kind and helpful and helped me get it fixed quickly and back on the road. He was thorough and genuine, and I am very appreciative of his service. I will make sure to shop at this AutoZone from now on thanks again, Scott!
