  My car ran worse after I had my oil change then it did before. These guys put regular oil in my van after I've been running synthetic in it for over 150,000 miles. When I called and told the technician that they should have just synthetic like it was in it before he told me that there was no difference between synthetic and standard oil did that should make a difference in how my car runs. Are you kidding me? I also had my front and rear brakes rotors and pads replaced when I got onto the interstate and got up to 70 my entire vehicle started to shake violently. I called in and said you guys obviously didn't tighten one of my tires or something because my car is shaking everywhere and I don't have a nice car but it was not doing this before. It's ridiculous then a customer has to point these things out to the people that are supposed to be the professionals after I pay them $1,500. I'm not through with this yet so I'll keep you posted on how it winds up

  I’m extremely disappointed with this experience. My sister went in for a routine service and was charged $106, then told she needed new tires, a front-end alignment, AND new windshield wipers. The problem? Her tires and alignment were done around Christmas, and her windshield wipers were just replaced by our brother. When she told the employee that the tires and alignment had recently been done, he asked, “Did you get it done here?” She said no, and suddenly the conversation was basically dropped. Why would it matter where the work was done if the tires genuinely needed replacing? This felt much more like an attempt to upsell someone than a trustworthy assessment of her vehicle. If you’re going to tell a customer they need hundreds of dollars in additional work, you should be prepared to show them why—tread measurements, uneven wear, visible damage, etc.—not just recommend replacing several recently serviced items. We have a trusted local automotive shop we normally use, and after this experience, that’s where we’ll continue taking our vehicles. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to additional services here.

  Had a great experience here! I was helped by Ricky very friendly and welcoming guy! He was able to answer all my questions and help me with my tire pressure. I recommend him and will be back again!

  They were quick and helpful. I felt they were only doing what was necessary and did not push me to get random things done to up the price. All very reasonable and timely.

  I went in for a routine oil change but I decided to also ask the team about my concerns with the maintenance lights on my dash. Scott was kind enough to explain that the issue was my tire pressure sensor (I don’t know much about cars). Then he asked the manager to go anice & beyond to perform some kind of tests to tell me exactly which tires needed the sensors replaced. Scott, Guage & Shawn! All very helpful, good looking out
