- VTVicki Trull1 day ago5.0Have been using this location since I moved here five years ago. Everyone is very thorough and very nice very pleasant to deal with but Ricky has to be my favorite. He goes above and beyond. He actually told me yesterday that my tag was expired last month. I forgotten all about it needed to say I got a tag yesterday. It’s the small thing that matter and he always comes through.
- SPShelley Paasch4 days ago5.0🌟 10 OUT OF 10 RECOMMEND! 🌟 If you need your car serviced, go to Express Oil in Vestavia Hills! A huge shoutout to Ricky Moore, the Assistant Manager. His hospitality was outstanding, greeting me with a big smile and a warm, friendly attitude. As a new customer (and brand new to this gorgeous state), Ricky went completely above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Phenomenal service and top-notch hospitality. I’ll absolutely be back! (In 4-5000 miles anyway)
- SBShelby BelleOct 7, 20265.0Ricky helped me out today- This place was absolutely amazing! Being a young girl coming into an auto shop can be intimidating and so many places try to add random charges thinking we won’t know what they are, but not here! They explained everything, made sure I knew what I was getting and what to ask for if I ever went else ware, and ricky even washed my windshield while I waited! They are truly exceptional here. 10/10 will reccomend all my friends and family to come to this location!
- JLJennifer LesterOct 5, 20265.0I’ve been using Express Oil Change in Cahaba Heights for over 10 years and have always had a wonderful experience. Ricky and the team work quickly! They explain to me what services need to be completed without any pressure to pay for services I don’t need. Highly recommend!
- CBChesley BlakeSep 29, 20265.0I’d been to this location before for an oil change (which also was a 10/10 experience) and this time was just as great! I came in not fully sure what was wrong with my car but Jamie was super helpful, walked me through all of my options, and sat with me to answer all of my questions until I felt confident in my choices! Both of my experiences here so far have far exceeded expectations and I highly recommend them.
