  Not too pleased with my overall interaction with location management today, specifically with Mike. I understand that there are ongoing staffing issues & I likely stopped by during a stressful moment for y'all but there could've been more understanding in certain aspects of my vehicle care situation (i.e. jumpstarting my car so I could go home, which takes 10 minutes MAX). When a customer wants to call someone for a second opinion, don't act like they're committing a cardinal sin and talk to them like they're an idiot. Despite the good techs & years of experience they have here, I don't think I'm coming back.

  We were greeted immediately with a smiling face, who offered all my kids popsicles while we waited. Everyone was very quick and friendly. They told me exactly what I needed done, and got it done quickly. Highly recommend!

  Service rep was Neil. I just needed an oil change. He did an excellent job with careful attention to getting that done as well as standard inspection of other engine elements and gave an honest assessment of what else might need further attention. I was given a full estimate that I can make decision about later. I appreciated his courteous service, no hard sales pitch and keeping this visit to a time efficient one for my schedule today.
