  Great service from Mr. Neal; he is very polite and professional, and he gave my daughter a popsicle. Overall, the service was excellent, and I highly recommend it.

  I had a very disappointing experience at Express Oil Change. I went in for an oil change and asked about the $59.99 service offer. Instead of being treated respectfully, an employee named Mike was rude and made an inappropriate comment that Express Oil is “not for cheap people.” That kind of comment is disrespectful and unprofessional. Customers should not be insulted or made to feel embarrassed for asking about a posted price or promotion. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the issue. Based on this experience, I would not feel comfortable recommending this location unless customer service improves.

  Neal The assistant manager was very good at looking over the car and making sure all the fluids were topped off and all the things that needed to be taken care of were I was very pleased with my visit and thought he deserved a six star review

  MM Reese Isaac & Mike were amazing! They corrected a problem that was done incorrectly and saved my engine major damage. Thank God for them! Appreciate this staff!
