Didn’t order my part from the correct store and had me come in to pick up a part that was not there, so I had to come back the following day. Didn’t even use his correct register so his name was not on my receipt, then when I finally pick up my part the lady in the front tried to throw away my receipt as if returns aren’t a thing. Honestly very disappointed in the entire process.

I will not use any names here but when you take the old part in with you and you are spending in excess of 200.00 I think you should be given the correct part without having to return to the store to get the right part the second time. However, the second time going for the correct part was quick and painless. All my information was given the first time so the second time having to visit for the same part should not have been necessary. During my second attempt to get the correct part my problem was addressed promptly, and professionally by different personnel and my problem with corrected quickly and apologies for the mistake was addressed and given by the management and the team. I will definitely be returning there for needed parts in the future. Out of 1 through 10 I have to give a 9-plus. That's why I give 5 stars.
