  Bad bad attitude lady on cashier throw my food like I was a dog and than she said that is not her problem that I just spend 1k on diesel this is how truck drivers are treated . No way !! Corporate needs to check this workers

  I’m a local driver I hate that my company only dose pilot because this is the only one near where I deliver the staff always seem pissed especially the black fat lady. She seems pissed off every day and has no manners. I don’t know if she’s just pissed that she has to work around food and can’t eat it or what but she should be fired. I understand bad days, but it’s literally every day that I come here and it’s annoying

  Atm out of service, washers out of service, shower keypads dont work, holes in the wall... kiosk don't work. The one girl backed away from me cause she was using her phone saying"pause, aw naw"... made her co worker check out multiple people at a time. You could clearly see that frustration also. One of the worst up to date pilots.

  I just ordered a cheese pizza and the ladie with no name on the shirt,glasses and dreads says she never seen someone order a pizza at this time 2:08am(horrible customer service)

  Very disappointing experience. The restrooms were dirty, the laundry machines weren’t working, and the showers were unavailable as well — the doors were left open and the facilities were not operational. None of this was mentioned in the app, so I ended up waiting for about 1–2 hours before finally going inside to ask what was going on. What made it even more frustrating was that I was told the showers were unavailable, but later I saw another person being allowed to use one after someone came out. Apparently, the rules depend on who is asking. Then I went inside again and heard my number being called for a shower — after I had already taken all my shower stuff back to my truck because I had been told there were no showers available. I’m not sure whether this is poor management, a lack of communication, or selective treatment, but the whole situation was handled terribly. The parking itself is fine, but without reliable showers or laundry, there’s really no reason for me to stop here again.
