  I have been a loyal monthly membership customer for years and won’t be anymore. I got to the car wash to wash my truck at closing time, vacuum it quickly, and leave but Brennan didn’t want to work a minute longer. Brennan was cleaning the tunnel and I had to wait on him for 5 minutes before he realized I was there to put me through, then he made me completely clear my truck bed and was fine with doing that. As I came out of the tunnel and began to vacuum he came out and said “alright we’re closed I’m turning the vacuums off” I asked nicely to give me another minute and I will be done. He then said “I’m timing you” and cut it off right after that and went back to what he was doing. I should have told him I was timing him when I was waiting on him to acknowledge me. Complete lack of customer service and I will never be back and terminating my membership immediately. I would understand if he didn’t let me go through the car wash but he only cared about himself and didn’t let me finish what I came for and all I needed was 1 more minute. Unacceptable.
