  I wish I could remember the technician’s name because he truly went above and beyond! When I first arrived, I couldn’t find my keys and was completely all over the place. He was so understanding and offered to come back later after finishing another job. He actually came back, was incredibly kind and patient, and did an amazing job. He really went out of his way to help me and made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier. I really appreciated him!

  We used Safelite to replace my son’s 2013 Toyota Scion TC because we were on his way to college and low and behold something hit his windshield, causing a crack, then that crack rapidly grew just within hours. So we got online and scheduled it, it took less than two hours, they got it in and out, easy peasy. It looks great. Then the only thing was that he came home for the weekend and the top of the window molding was hanging off when he arrived. So he took it back to our local Safelite and they fixed it with no problem, no charge, as to warranty their workmanship. Am grateful for this place and the different locations. We may have to keep an eye on that as they do have a lifetime warranty on the window (outside of it getting hit by a rock or anything like that) because my husband said it looked like the molding was still bulging out some.. so I’ll have to follow up on that with my son because he went back to school now and I can’t personally see it. We were able to get the student discount and it actually ended up being cheaper than the mom and pop places around him. But then again, maybe we wouldn’t have the molding issue if we went there, I can’t say. But, they are trying to make sure the issue is addressed. And the staff is extremely nice and apologized profusely for the inconvenience. Nothing against the staff whatsoever. And easy to set up and change appointments online.

  The team at Safelite in Northport Alabama was extremely nice and friendly. I was kept informed on how things were going. The waiting room was pleasant and must say it was a very good experience.

  This experience, from beginning to end, was flawless. It was very easy to get a quote, schedule an appointment, and the technician (Corey) was very good. I went into this expecting to pay a certain amount, and the cost with Safelite was less than half.
