- JJJimmy4 days ago2.0I have no problem with the store itself an I fuel up here daily, also I buy lunch from the subway frequently, but as of today that will stop!! The lady tht is the manager im guessing because she acted like she owned the place, there was a truck being unloaded, I get that, but I ring the bell lile the sign said an the woman I won't call her a lady because she wasnt, come from the back took some gloves off an with an attitude throwing her hand up telling me she would be closed an wasnt serving anyone until her truck was unloaded an put up!! First off you could have said you needed a minute an that would be cool but to come out the back with an attitude here at lunch time!! Idk who owns this place but im sure it's not policy to shut the store down because of a delivery an im sure if it is you.would have the truck wait until after lunch

- SDs. DhullAug 17, 20261.0your Pilot gas station today and asked for a fresh coffee before fueling. After fueling, I came back about15–20 minutes later, but the coffee still wasn’t ready. Instead of preparing it, I was asked to wait because of a shift change. This was disappointing. Customers shouldn’t have to wait this long for a basic item, and shift changes shouldn’t hurt customer service. I hope you can improve this and make sure fresh coffee is available on time.”
- POPamela OlesenJul 8, 20261.0Just find another place. Period. We thought we'd kill two birds with one stone, get gas and a bite to eat. The Subway was depleted of most beverage options so you had to go into the travel center. The iced tea machine ran straight water, no sign to signify it wasn't working, so I had to ask. A very impolite staff member simply stated...it doesn't work. Well, then put a doggone sign on it! The music was so loud out at the pumps, you couldn't even have a conversation with the person next to you then add in the blaring message on the pump advertising and you couldn't hear yourself think. We were never so glad to get out of a travel center!! Definitely on our list of places NOT to stop again. Too bad zero stars isn't an option.
