- GGgamer509Oct 26, 20221.0If I could give a zero, I would. Took my van to have the Hermes module installed. This was done at the same time as an oil change. They failed to do the Hermes install correctly. When I called to tell them, they acted confused. I had another service department and explains what they did wrong and rescheduled to have them fix the issue. The second time back, they input the wrong VIN into the case they opened. They blamed Mercedes. The other service department found the issue, and agin had to tell them. I ended up taking my van elsewhere to get it fixed. And after leaving the Tuscaloosa location, my Apple CarPlay wasn’t working. Would not recommend them to anyone.
